CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Iron & Timber LLC does not accept returns or cancellations on any custom orders. 

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders placed with Iron & Timber LLC require a signature of approval and a non-refundable 50% deposit to process. The customer will will be invoiced for the remaining cost upon project completion.

COMPLETION DATES

Completion dates are approximate. Iron & Timber LLC will do its best to meet estimated completion dates, although factors outside of our control make it impossible for us to guarantee any specific completion date. Cancellations are not accepted on the basis of an overdue project.

RECLAIMED WOOD

If reclaimed wood is being used for your project, please take note of the following information. Reclaimed wood has natural characteristics and distress such as textured surfaces, knot or nail holes, saw marks, and diverse planks that can create a slightly uneven surface and natural shifting or cracking of the project.

WARRANTY

Iron & Timber LLC offers a one-year limited warranty covering problems related to the construction of your piece. Iron & Timber has full discretion regarding how to repair/replace the items and what falls under warranty guidleines.
